ONYX DEMULIX 1200

DESCRIPTION

DEMULIX 1200 is a synergistic blend of demulsifiers and surfactants in a solvent carrier system.

DEMULIX 1200 is highly effective at emulsion breaking in oil and gas processing systems, leading to efficient dehydration of crude oil and cleanly produced water.

DEMULIX 1200 has been shown to exhibit excellent performance on a range of crude oil emulsions; although it is typically  recommended to determine the suitability of the product via confirmatory bottle testing, prior to implementation in the field.

APPLICATION

DEMULIX 1200 is recommended for continuous injection, typically at a rate of 5 to 50 ppm depending on the type of emulsion, droplet size, water content, and temperature. Injection rates can be higher, especially if residence time and temperature are low or the emulsion is stabilized via drilling fluids or other production chemicals.
